Rest assured that your loved one is in good hands with ComForCare. My father's health declined markedly after a bout with Covid, and ComForCare quickly came to the rescue to provide home care workers daily (9 hours, then 12 hours/day) while he was in his independent apartment. The aides were always caring, kind and helpful to my dad; keeping his place clean, keeping him safe and communicating with me as needed. The ComForCare managers worked tirelessly to make sure that we always had staffing for my dad, even when there were last-minute changes. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Our mother was place on hospice in November of 2022 after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. During that time, mom’s needs continued to change. At times she required 24-hour care. At other times we only needed a handful of hours during the week to supplement the care that our family was able to provide. We had several health scares that required an immediate change back to 24-hour care for unknown periods of time. ComForCare was always very responsive to get us the coverage we needed during those crisis situations. We had an amazing and compassionate team caring for mom during her last months when she required the most care. Having the ComForCare team allowed mom to pass peacefully at home which was her wish. We had peace of mind knowing that mom would be well cared for when we could not be there. ComForCare helped us through this difficult process for the past two and a half years and we would highly recommend ComForCare to anyone looking for elder care options for their loved ones.

ComforCare is a team service. They treat us with great respect and inclusion. Their entire staff is kind and willing to help in all kinds of circumstances. I am in Ohio and must do all of the arrangements from a distance. This is all so critical to my peace of mind, and ability to help my mom age at home. From providing great care to transporting to doctors appointments to arranging financial payments, insurance, questions, scheduling, and more, we could not be happier. Jim and Trudy are so patient and gracious with us. They are willing to make adjustments to meet my mom’s needs as we request.

Incredibly responsive, caring office staff, and easy to work with. Even in this tough market with home aide staffing shortages, they've always come up with coverage for my dad. They're also incredibly patient with him and his demands for what he wants in a caregiver. Fair prices and excellent communication about pricing structures, raises, etc. They're the 3rd company we've worked with in the Farmington Valley area and by far the best.
