I have been with Columbia Basin for almost 25yrs, luv the facility. I have had my own family member here for rehab. He had great care and a great experience. Amazing therapist. The grounds are beautiful.

Please look around to other care facilities and don't send a loved one to this one. When you have no choice but intrust that the proper care and well being of your loved one into a care facility and its staff to have true care, compassion and patience when dealing with their patients. It's truly sad and heartbreaking when they don't. When they treat patients with no compassion, no true training or lack of care to pay attention to signs or alarms to their diagnosis or treatment for illness or treating family and patients with disrespect and disregard to facts, feelings and have zero sympathy because all they care about is getting through the day cause it just a 9 to 5 job. When you're in a care giving position or anything such that's part of the name given. You give care, your patients are human beings. Someone's mother, nana ect. When you get older it should be a care facilities honor to care and treat appropriately including how the family gets treated upon visiting their loved one. My nana shouldn't have been treated like a cash cow. She was an incredible God loving woman who would give you the shirt off her back, to feed someone, to pray with and over someone. She was a lady with a beautiful smile and laugh. And our family trusted this facilities to help her and have compassion when doing so. I wish care facilities especially this one they state should check in more often and actually make sure what's going on. I pray families will look around and not settle for this one.

The staff is great! Visiting a relative who was being cared for here, I had the opportunity to eat food from the cafeteria and it was tasty and fresh.

Seriously lacking in care and immediate attendance of residents in a timely and efficient manner on a constant basis. Aids and nurses are always missing or not at the main nursing desk to keep proper attention to residential call lights. Would not recommend.
