If you are looking for a place to go that's cozy, friendly, close to shopping, all services, has beautiful grounds, sits creekside, and reasonably priced come here! The staff is outstanding. The kitchen is always improving. A small well behaved pet can come with you. (You are responsible for its care and clean up after it.) UPDATE!! UPDATE!! APRIL 11, 2026 Since the political upheaval this year involving healthcare and housing there are MAJOR CHANGES to this review you need to be aware of. This building needs major repairs, updates and maintenance. Outside grounds and are dead and dying for lack of proper care. Resident parking lot isn't safe or managed properly. Inside---Interior has been changed to office drab. Dining room is cafeteria sterile. Menus are limited, not nutritional and detrimental to residents health. Staff not paid living wage, no benefits. Apartments sewer and water pipes constantly backed up and leaks aren't repaired properly or promptly. Flooding in units common, causing property damage. This is not 🚫 exaggerated. Management is not resident oriented and doesn't respect residents rights or input.
