My husband has had Coastal Home Care services for over a year now. We live in St. Petersburg. Everyone who has come to our house has been compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very thankful for Coastal’s home Care!!

Donna came out to see my grandfather in his home for the first time last week... When she got inside I heard her Demand that he turns down his TV.. NOT Politely either and proceeded to tell him it would help his hearing. At 84 years old he struggles hearing some programs at times but none of that was her Business Nor why she had originally came over. For someone "interviewing" new clients for this company She was Extremely rude and spoke with all attitude! So I'm gathering his medicine do a full week worth of medicine for him and on the bottle Donna wrote STOP in big letters on his pill container! She's Not a doctor nor His PHYSICIAN to be ordering him to stop any of his Medications! Next she ordered him to received Physical therapy for a pressure sore on his bottom side due from compression from a sitted position constantly.. His body has No problems with mobility except a little balance when standing up too Fast. This lady called his Doctor to get them to order PT 😮😮😮 I Personally would Not recommend this facility But will add the home health gentleman who treated my grandfather yesterday did an Amazing Job
