I am a patient here for 2 months and have had a wonderful experience. The nursing and staff have been very caring and wonderful a long with the pt department. The admmission team and the adminstraition are very involved which is great for communication.

I was in Clove lakes,after a surgey.Had to have a foly catheter. I was on the lobby floor. They had given me male aids which I had told them no. At times no one had emptied the foly bag. I had to do it myself. Not one aid there ever got me dressed, lucky if they wash you or give you a towel. I was, still am ambulatory in a wheelchair. They never ever did physical therapy with me. As I came from a assisted living facility which is where I live. They told my facility that I was walking with a walker. NOT true.Which caused a problem at my facility. Doctors don't really speak to you. They just walk in and say hi. Not discussing anything with you. Supervisors don't care either. I went to them several times with no results. Don't go there! Worst place. But I did have some very nice aids. You are lucky if you get them. Another resident from my facility was also there. She has told me the same thing. Bad experience. Just trying to help.If you want good care don't go there.

Clove Lakes Nursing home has been a beautiful place so far. Nurse Connie lopez has gone above and beyond to make my stay even better. She takes care of me with quality care. She is an excellent person and compassionate woman, the whole staff is great also the food is very good made with quality ingredients the rooms are big and have lots of storage space

I am very pleased with my experience here at Clove Lakes Rehab. My room is very clean and comfortable. I feel just right at home. The whole administrative team and staff have made me feel comfortable with my rehabilitation. The administrative members I would like to mention are Eugene, Ralph, Karen, and Joanne. I would also like to acknowledge the nursing staff, the CNA's, housekeeping and dietary staff as well. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff needs more support. Seems very short staffed. It would be helpful if there were white boards on walls in the patient rooms with date and day of week and names of caregivers. Extra seating in patient rooms for visitors. Please check with patients that they are finished with meals, before taking trays away. Cheerful walls that could brighten a patient's day as well as the staff's. The halls are very dreary. The community room could be more comforting for patients and visitors.
