I recently was a patient at Ignite Shelby and my experience was excellent!! I have never experienced the type of care that I received. The staff treat each patient with love and compassion and it makes an impact on their lives. I am glad to know that we have a place in Shelby that offers the type of care that they provide. I am telling all my friends and neighbors about the care I received and I know if I need service again I have a place to go. Thank you Ignite Medical Shelby for the best care I’ve ever had!!

Do not like this place. They don’t have enough help for their patient care

Staff was nice and facility was clean. However, staff didn't have back up staff to help residents that needed help. Residents are told to hit the nurse button when they needed anything or needed to go to the bathroom, but it would take staff 20 minutes or more to answer the call button. When I asked a staff person about it, I was told it was just her and she was giving someone a shower. She should get to when she gets a chance.
