My family and I have been disappointed with the level of care given to my grandmother. There were times when her basic needs did not seem to be addressed, which caused a significant worry. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for the sake of residence and their families.

This place is chaotic and loud. Extremely disappointing and when you walk in you can see the lack of attention to the residents. Many residents appeared to go long periods without any help. The staff wasn’t very helpful. I strongly urge families to carefully research alternatives before placing a loved one here.. The level of care, I observed with the facility and did not feel it was properly managed or staffed.
