Warmly inviting, many a smile upon entering the front door. Greeted and toured, questions were asked and answered promptly. Music/banjo sing-along at the hearth of the large fireplace, smiling residents & staff. Look forward to visit again, all the more now awaiting for our loved one & opportunity to be back HOME to the North Oregon Coast..

The nurses and cnas are wonderful but management is terrible. 2 days at the facility and my wife's phone back up power source disappeared and we were told they would replace it and almost 2 weeks and nothing. Then day 4 or 5 and her dentures disappeared. We reported it and were told they would replace them. I have requested over and over someone talk to me about what is being done and keep being ignored. I guess the next step is getting a lawyer since no one will even talk to me about it. Today I was told Melissa would be in her office at 10 to 10:15 I waited till almost 11 before leaving a note on her desk which still hasn't been answered at 3pm. I did leave my cell number so there is no excuse to not talk to me.

I spent two weeks here following a back surgery, friendly and knowledgeable staff from administration to the cooks and housekeeping.
The staff works hard to make sure clients /guests needs are met.
If I had to choose a place for my parents to be and not have to be concerned about their care this would be the place.
