Clean facility with friendly and supportive staff. The team is attentive, caring, and works hard to make residents feel comfortable and well cared for. Great environment and quality care.

My daughter was in a severe accident and I am very pleased with the care, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff in Clarksville. I have seen the performance of other care facilities when my mom was ill and I am very thankful that she was in Clarksville.

My father had wonderful care in this facility during his short 3 week stay for rehabilitation. The therapy staff, nurses and aides were responsive to his needs. The facility offers private rooms which was a specific requirement for him. The therapy room was spacious with a variety of equipment, weights, stairs, bed and kitchen.

My thanks to the staff for going way beyond the extra mile. I sent a letter with only part of the resident’s name on the envelope. They used my return address to find me. I was delighted when we figured out who I was trying to send the letter to. My next letter will have a complete address.
