Clarewood House has been a wonderful experience. Interacting with management and staff has been pleasant, as they are friendly and understanding. Management does follow up on issues and concerns whether they are small or big. I have seen lots of family members happy that they have brought their family members to Clarewood House.

I feel I should let the public know how wonderful the families, residents, staff and management are here! Not only does Clarewood offer a genuinely warm environment for residents, but staff and management are so helpful to one another too. I can say without a doubt that staff here truly love what they do. This shows in the level of attention given to each person - employee and resident alike!

Nisha Patel- Extended Care Director of Nursing- who works for Clarewood House Senior Community, is very dismissive and disrespectful. Nisha will hang up the phone on you, shows no empathy, does not follow through on researching or contacting families for information and makes quick judgments. Nisha being so horribly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unsympathetic makes Clarewood a horrible choice to trust for your family member’s care.

5/10/22 1ish pm... I'm a small business owner i had just come from another senior community 55 and up. Where I left my business card in their community room where other flyers are posted. I came to clarewood house the old woman was very rude told me I couldn't leave a business card!!! For a business that's in the community. She was very unpleasant to deal with.

Had a wonderful visit the staff was great the facility is in good shape I can tell Robbie and his staff are on top of their work nice facility
