This place was an absolute nightmare. My elderly mother not only fell while in their care for only three days, but she was ignored, sat for hours with no interaction, her clothes were always filthy, she smelled strongly of urine. They were rude , unprofessional and uncaring. Their response to my concerns was to dismiss me with an attitude. They were unable to fill out a routine form for my mother's transfer and the only time they were responsive was when it came to money. The neglect, lack of professionalism and lack of compassion is disgusting!

I am writing this review as a family member who had a loved one here at Civita Care Northbridge but I am also an employee. The short term rehab team from nursing to our therapist did an amazing job with my loved one!! The care from our nursing staff was exceptional! Truly person centered care!! & the therapy team was amazing with their dedication & motivation toward rehabilitation!! I also want to acknowledge the recreation team!! They kept my loved one engaged in fun filled activities!! My loved one also wanted me to acknowledge Margarida who is our evening receptionist who was always helpful went he went down to front lobby & to Felicia who was the housekeeper on his unit. He truly had a great experience! Thank you Civita Care Northbridge!

This place is amazing. From the administrative staff to the nurses and floor staff, they took such wonderful care of my father during his time there. The social worker is absolutely wonderful, and always has a pleasant smile on her face. I cannot recommend them enough. They all care and you can tell when you talk to them that each patient is a priority to them! I would highly recommend!!
