This place needs shut down! My mom was a client there and I had to jump in with the treatment they was doing with my mom.<br>Many times my mom would sit in a dirty diaper and would not get changed for 12 hours or more. The aides always yelled at her I was on the phone on a few occasions. Please don’t send your loved ones here

You have a better chance of reaching Beyoncé on the phone than a staff member or your loved one here. How does a business function without professionally taking phone calls especially when people trust their loved ones in the hands of these people? Called corporate and got some attention but after a FULL day of calling still couldn’t speak to my loved one. I suggest if you have family here- request a wellness check from the local law enforcement because the place is not ran with any healthcare standards

I must admit. I was very hesitant about this place for my uncle. The building didn’t the most appealing to the eye and there were a few other concerns in the beginning. However, I felt my and my family’s concerns were taken seriously, the team here was swift with addressing our concerns and we were quickly put at ease. The care is excellent, the food is good and my Uncle has settled in nicely. With a few touch ups to the building, this place can easily become a favorite for anyone’s loved one.
