City Park Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is located in a beautiful area. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They ensure that my loved one’s room is clean, well-fed, and engaged in various activities, including rehabilitation classes. They also make sure that he has transportation so that he can attend all his medical appointments on time. Thanks so much, Nancy and team. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and attention that the staff provides to my loved one. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him.

There is one CA that is the greatest. Abbigail, she is very caring, gentle and very thorough with the way she does her work. I would love to be able to clone Abbigail 5 times so I could have her for my CA 24/7 as my only CA. She is always looking around to see what could be done, like my ice water to refresh it, the CA’s I have to ask. With only able to be in bed or my wheelchair that kind of care goes along ways and very thankful.

City Park Rehab is Awesome ! Especially Briana Waddail their Social Worker. She Came Through for Me When Others Couldn't. What She Said I Would Get I Got. I Appreciate Her & Whole Staff There. 👍😄
