Poor quality of care, because they take too long to respond to the patient's needs. Someone that I know there had a call button that wasn't even working. This leads me to imagine the quality of care the other patients without vistors are getting.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this home and loved working with all the staff! They are fantastic with the residents as well as the family and friends!

A very welcoming place with helpful staff. Everyone was super friendly and willing to engage in conversation with you as you went in. I would recommend this place to my family and friends for their needs.

My 5 star review comes as a guest!<br>I hosted a karaoke party for some of the residents with my 3 daughters, aged 4,9, and 11. We brought in our machine and used their tv as a screen. The residents had a blast, so much that even some staff came to stop by! I coordinated this event as a volunteer with Mr.Faulkner and Mrs.Calouro. They were so nice and friendly and helped with coordinating the event to make sure that this was something the residents would actually enjoy. The residents were all so sweet and had such a fun time, it was nice to see my kiddos interact with some of them! The staff helped me make sure to close doors as needed and adjust the volume so their sweet residents were comfortable. The facility was clean and very inviting, every staff member I met welcomed us and were even sad to see us go. Can’t wait to plan our next event and see what fun idea my kids have in store. Thanks for having us !
