love all the stuff that works here, sweet nurses helpful. and the cna’s are just perfect doing the overall best to keep everyone safe and healthy. the place is clean and well maintained, will never have anything bad to say another then great things.

The staff at Citadel were kind and helpful. They are compassionate and went out of their way to make residents and family feel cared for and welcomed. I would highly recommend this facility!

Citadel of Wilmette. The staff is caring, compassionate, and always treats residents with dignity and respect. The nurses, CNAs, therapists, and activity department work together to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and supported.<br><br>The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers engaging activities that help keep residents active, social, and happy. The rehabilitation team is professional and dedicated to helping residents recover and regain their independence.<br><br>What stands out the most is the kindness and genuine concern the staff shows every day. They go above and beyond to make residents and their families feel comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend Citadel of Wilmette to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.

Caring, professional sweet staff. The best place I’ve seen of its kind, and really good for cardiac issues.
