About Christian Community Homes and Services

Christian Community Homes & Services (CCHS) in Hudson, Wisconsin is a nonprofit, faith-based organization offering senior living. It was launched by the Hudson United Methodist Church, with support from the surrounding community, out of a desire to keep a nursing home in Hudson. What began as a skilled nursing community has grown into a full campus of care options.

The campus includes long-term and transitional care, independent living at WinterGreen, assisted living at Pine Ridge, and secure memory care at Pine Ridge Gardens.

Assisted living at Pine Ridge is designed for seniors who need more day-to-day support than independent living residents, with programs and team members available to help with daily living activities, basic care, recreational activities, and transportation.

Pine Ridge Gardens provides a secure and safe memory care setting for residents living with Alzheimer's or dementia, with an emphasis on helping families and residents know what to expect and feel prepared through the journey.

Independent living at WinterGreen is intended for seniors who want to pursue their own interests without the responsibilities of homeownership, trading tasks like utilities, maintenance, and landscaping for a more carefree lifestyle.

CCH is an absolute gift to the communities it serves! The employees and staff genuinely love and respect those that they care for and the amount of activities people have to choose from daily, is extensive. It's obvious that the staff who work there do so with compassion. Very, very impressed!
