As an outside vendor, I visit Cambridge Assisted Living on a weekly basis, and I am consistently impressed with how well the facility is run. The staff is always present, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the residents. It’s clear that they prioritize individualized care and take the time to understand each resident’s needs. The environment is organized, welcoming, and reflects a strong commitment to quality care. Cambridge Assisted Living truly provides a supportive and compassionate community for its residents.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the changes at Cambridge deserve a mention. I’m not sure where you found Kyle, but he’s made a noticeable impact on the existing staff and in the way new staff are hired and trained. The staff and residents absolutely love him. I’ve been recommending Cambridge to everyone I know.

We moved my father in there last winter, and I wish I could say we were happy with the experience. The actual move in day we had no help or support from staff. Staff was almost always difficult to find and would often take me up to five minutes to find anyone. The activities are a joke, meaning they make a stellar calendar, but don’t expect most of it to happen. My father was there for nine months and the staff turn over was shocking. I honestly wish I could say positive things, but being the building is over half empty after being open for several years tells it all.

I wish I could give 0 stars, please do yourself a favor and find any other place for your loved one. The move-in experience was sloppy and not what we were told it would be, which lead to my family member able to easily escape. More concerning was regularly seeing people escape, and little alarm or concern from staff. There is a specific employee who is plain cruel to the residents, along with her family members also employed there. Negligence, unclean rooms, no follow through on medications being taken, activities always canceled , terrible communication to family members for incidents, the list goes on and on. I could not be more disappointed with my experience at this facility, it makes me sick to think of what my family member went through and how everything was handled. They have a reputation around the St. Croix Valley in the senior care world, please listen to it, I wish we would have.

Cambridge Senior Living is a NEW facility located in Hudson, WI. It is clean, beautiful and inviting. The residents are cared for extremely well, the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. They provide care for everyone: independent folks, end of life/Hospice, you name it. They have companies come in to do therapies and different services. Live music, educational workshops, a movie theater, library and gym. Awesome place!!!
