I selected BrightStar to care for my mother based on the reviews I read and the BrightStar Care website. Our experience with BrightStar has been very positive from the initial meeting with Courtney, then Siri at the nursing assessment, my mother’s main caregiver’s: Naa & Taylor are wonderful! ALL your admin staff are amazing from: getting care providers scheduled-Alicea & Courtney, to Christine, Leslee, & all others.<br><br>You all are making this challenging transitional time much easier for my family! My mother’s health is improving more than I expected her to. Their home is again taken care of again, like my mother took care of it. Your caregivers really are high quality!<br><br>Having worked community based services previously, you all far succeed in quality & care that I saw 20 years ago. You all are amazing service providers and I was so impressed you are Joint Commission certified!! You are making this so much easier for us. Thank you all SO much!!

BrightStar St. Croix Valley was the second care organization we dealt with. The first was not professional and did not communicate well with us and the staff person they set us up with. BrightStar is the exact opposite. They did a thorough analysis of our needs and connected us up with Berit. She is experienced, knowledgeable and very interactive and personable. We would recommend BrightStar St. Croix Valley to any of our friends.

Mikie is very compassionate, caring and helpful. She knows how to make my coffee perfectly. Also, I feel comfortable with her helping me with my showers.

Mikie does a great job at anticipating what I need. She is necessary for me to get ready for the day. Also, she always asks if there’s a football NFL or college game on that I want to watch and she searches online to make sure I don’t miss any. She definitely goes the extra mile.

We have so many good things to say about our PT ZACK and our OT STACY. Zack helped with the pain leading up to a long awaited knee surgery among other joint problems for several months. Then came back after surgery. Both ZACK and STACY are so professional, creative, dependable and fun. They will meet you where you are at. They are experts at helping crabby people who do not feel good. By the time they leave, the body is loosened up and feeling better. We have achieved the goal and my husband will be calling them back when the other knee gets replaced. We also have JORDYN coming in to do housework as I had surgery as well. She has been dependable and remembers what needs to be done and she is very through in cleaning, changing sheets, vacuuming etc. She is trustworthy. What a difference it is to have someone come in for a time so both of us can concentrate on healing. I must also mention that our Care management nurse MARLY is very kind and through. Bright Star has it all! Thank you so much!
