Our family is deeply grateful to Christ Home for the compassionate care they gave my dad. The staff treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine respect every single day. During a very difficult time for our family, they provided comfort, support, and peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. We truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of everyone there. May he rest in peace, and thank you to the entire team for making such a meaningful difference in his life and ours. Jennifer Schaefer, Founder & CEO JS Benefits Group

Thinking of the mistreatment my grandmother experienced in the care of Christ's Home causes immense emotional pain. My grandmother has exercised selflessness and kindness towards her children and grandchildren throughout her life. What's more, is the issue of elder neglect and abuse is salient and continues to permeate care facilities where we are taking our loved ones to be respected and met with dignity during life's final chapter. I'd like Christ Home to address this as a systemic issue and really pay attention to those they are hiring and the training they are experiencing. Empathy can be taught if it's not innate and if you are to be working with the elder population this should be a non negotiable. Please consider the impact mistreatment has on the physical and mental health of your clients and their families. And since this is a religious based organization , what would God do?? Would God allow abuse to continue for the sake of maintaining financial gains and avoiding conflict? Accountability is the greatest form of compassion we can demonstrate and please address the lack of empathy from your care team and how they handle the delicate lives of the elder population.

Always clean. Food looks fresh with a few options for residents. Staff has been fairly friendly and attentive. Fantastic activity department and there is almost always something to do.

Place is clean and organized for the most part! Director of nursing is nice you don’t see that often. I agree with a recent review below stating some Caucasian nurses frown upon African American nurses .. it is a nurse there name Lori M. RN I believe is one of them.

My family chose Christ Home since our mother had her rehab there in 2018 and 2020. She received excellent care both times. However, this time the care was quite different! My mom was recently a patient at Christ Home. We had a horrible experience!!!! The nurse(s) were rude and insensitive. The nursing care was a disgrace!!! My mother ended up being taken to emergency room after being there approximately a week. She passed away after being admitted to the hospital. I can’t stress strongly enough do not use Christ Home for any of your love ones. The loss of my mom and care she received at Christ Home will forever burden my heart!
