That I really don't think I needed home health care after the nursing home and I didn't need nursing home but the doctor put me in it and I didn't think that's right cuz I was still incoherent I'm glad I graduated out of this because I don't need it

Our skilled nursing facility has worked with Envision and we feel comfortable and confident in sending patients home with Envision services. Jared Christensen and the team there do an excellent job.
