Greg DeMarco has been an invaluable resource and guide as my sister and I seek senior housing and other supports for our aging parents. Greg's deep knowledge, efficiency, patience, and, perhaps most remarkably, kindness transformed our overwhelm into a manageable process and hopeful result. He never hesitates to quickly respond to our questions with meaningful information. Greg is a true asset to the senior community.

A trusted friend referred me to Choice Connections for help when my family was needing to find a care facility for my dad. We were fortunate to get to work with Greg DeMarco (Certified Senior Advisor). Greg was wonderful from the day we first made contact with him! Dad's needs were continuously changing and Greg was very caring and compassionate as he helped identify Dad's needs and desires, and the facilities that would best fit those needs and desires. Greg's knowledge of different types of care facilities and important differences between them was extremely helpful! Greg kept in touch with us continuously to make sure we were doing okay and provided us with valuable information about all our options ranging from assisted living to hospice care. Dad ultimately chose to remain at home with the care of hired help and family. During this difficult time we felt great comfort in knowing we'd be able to depend on Greg's help if the home option did not work out. Finding a care center for a loved one is a very difficult process. The help that we received from Choice Connections was tremendous. My first call to Eunice was met with patience, and understanding. She was upfront, detailed, and very caring. When we met with Greg, he was great. From the tour he took us on, to the the end of the process, he was there for us. We met up with difficulties from the place we were moving my sister out of, and Greg was there to help us every step of the way. He was always available. He visited my sister many times, and always answered my phone calls promptly. I will try not to sound dramatic, but Greg was our Guardian Angel. Choice Connections made our job much easier. I was looking for a memory care facility for my aunt that would take elderly waiver. Greg was great at hearing our needs and setting up appointments at various facilities that met them. Greg was good at educating me with the senior living/memory care experience. I had never experienced this and trying to find a home in memory care is not an easy task.
