Choctaw Residential Center

Choctaw Residential Center is a dually certified skilled nursing care facility with 120 beds located in Choctaw, Mississippi. Opened in 1987 by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians under Chief Phillip Martin, the facility was established to provide quality care for elders of the tribal community and surrounding areas.
