I do not recommend this place especially if you have an emergency. I had been diagnosed with covid earlier that week. I was still having difficulties later that week. I went to the er. All they did was give me a hydration drip and a rx for muscle relaxant. I was worse about 2 nights later. My wife took me to the Eupora er that night. I was there for about a half hour. They did hydration drips, contrast CT, blood tests, and antibiotic IT'S. It turned out I had covid pneumonia so they admitted to the hospital for the next 3 days for breathing treatments and a bunch of IV antibiotics. I felt a hell of a lot better once I got out of there. The doctors and nurses at Eupora were great! SO DO I RECOMMEND CHOCTAW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER FOR ANY TYPE MEDICAL NEEDS? HELL NO! Especially the er doctor Shannon Dobbs; she is very cold natured and unsympathetic to your needs. So definitely stay away from here.

The staff are rude. Tried explaining the reason for my call just for someone to continuously cut me off and get snappy with me. Phone etiquette is not up to par. Have to go through hurdles just to get refills on prescriptions that you need. Don’t recommend.

I have had several examinations and outpatient procedures at this facility and have been treated good by everyone I was in contact with on each visit. The medical treatment I received was excellent and I would go back again without hesitation. I would also recommend this facility to anyone and encourage them to call and find out more about what they can offer a patient in need.
