Went with a toothache. Was abscess, so they gave me an antibiotics script. I filled it, took 2 doses before having to go back with my face swelled up. First the nurse treated me like a liar and drug seeker (very Christian at a faith based hospital). The dr said the swelling would go down in 24-48 hours. Thank God 12 hours later I went to WHITE RIVER MEDICAL CENTER! where i was given the antibiotics I needed! If I had waited, and let that nurse make me feel like a drug addict I would have died!!! LITERALLY!!! if I felt better id sue them out of existence before they DO kill someone!!!!! Pics WILL be posted! And just cuz it SAYS faith based means nothing, I almost died cuz they THOUGHT I was a drug seeker. See the pics and u decide if I was seeking drugs when I asked for antibiotics?

I came in Monday night with my 2 year old . My son had been throwing up for 5 days , with diarrhea , and not able to keep any food down . My son never acts sick when he’s actually sick , always on the go. The doctor heard my concerns, listened to his stomach and chest and decided that he must have a stomach bug . I asked if there was any bacteria or viruses we could test for . He told me no and explained why. I ended up taking him to his pediatrician, they took all my concerns seriously and ran a full panel on him. My son tested positive for covid . Frustrating that the hospital doctor wouldn’t run any test as i suggested. I think this is a decent hospital but I think they have a hard time listening to their patients as I have had that same experience myself.

My visit was good. Wait time wasn’t too long.The lady who did my exam procedures, was polite but I don’t believe told me her name.<br>My main complaint is not being able to see my results quickly. The MY CHART instructed me it would be 10-14 business days before I could get the results. I chose electronic rather than mail results when setting up MY CHART because I thought it would be faster but I now wish I had chosen mail. I don’t understand why it will take so long. I realize that the tests will have to be reviewed by a radiologist but I don’t feel it should take 10-14 days.

Not much help. Dr. Looked at my knee, had xray taken dr said everything was okay. Go home put ice on it and take Tylenol. Did not find out what caused the knee to swell up.
