This facility feels like home from the moment you enter the family area. The staff are attentive to the care of their elders. I would recommend placing your loved one here.

I would highly recommend sending a loved one to Brookridge Cove! Their care for the residents, my mom and dad were great. Dad was there for approximately 2 1/2 years. Everyone from Mike Tindell, Administrator and all the staff made sure Dad was taken care of. I could call any of the staff for answers to questions or concerns at any time day or night. I visited and took Dad out at least two times a week. I know most by their first names. If you or a loved one needs rehab or to be a full-time resident, this is an excellent facility to place them! But please visit your loved ones on a weekly basis in any facility!!! It matters!!!

I LOVE Brookridge Cove. My parents and my brother moved to Brookridge in 2007. The employees immediately became part of our family. They were the most loving, accepting and genuine people I have ever met. My parents and brother have since died. Most recently, my mother in law went there for rehab. Many of the staff that was there when my family was there is still there. Does that alone not speak volumes about this place? Shout out to Robin Thompson, Estella Paez and Kathleen Miller. It was so good to see y’all. Thanks to Regina Spears for everything she did to get the referrals and home health set up for my mother in law. It was way over my head and she explained everything so well. Thanks to the entire staff at Brookridge for being who you are and taking such great care of the residents!

Because of the nature of my work, I am in and out of nursing homes all over the state working with the staff, and observing. Brookridge Cove is one of the best homes I've ever visited in Arkansas, hands down. The facility is beautiful, with fun and whimsical artwork on the walls, and I've never smelled any odors that would lead me to believe that the residents weren't receiving appropriate incontinent care. The staff respects the residents' dignity, and go above and beyond to ensure that they have quality of life and are as happy as possible in their last days. I have only ever seen the aides taking care of the residents, (on day and evening shifts) I never see them sitting around on their phones or standing in the halls gossiping. They interact with the residents in a way that, if you didn't know better, you'd think they were the resident's own family. Which is so important for their mental health. Kudos to the staff of Brookridge Cove for raising the bar in long term care. Especially Erika- the treatment nurse , who goes above and beyond to ensure the residents' skin is in the best shape possible, and Alexis E., a bright and curious aide who is wonderful at interacting with the residents and caring for those under her charge with love and respect, always. Administration is great as well- Michael, Pam, Lisa, and the assistant administrator (who's name I can't remember, but she's cute as a button and sweet as pie) are dedicated to the residents and staff, and work to make this place a positive work environment for the staff and a great home for the residents. Though I live about an hour away from the facility, with more than a decade in long term care under my belt- if I ever have the need to place a family member or loved one in a nursing home, Brookridge Cove would be my first choice.

I gotta say that of all the nursing homes I've been to, this is by far the best! My grandma went here for rehab some years ago and she is doing so good now! My step dad also went for rehab about a year ago and all the staff there were very helpful. I had all of my questions answered with kindness and a positive attitude from Regina Spears. You guys have a great team over there! I also love all the activities you do!
