Can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. My grandmother LOVES it there and they love her equally as much! It’s a huge relief knowing that she’s so happy and well loved. Peace of mind is everything ❤️

If you don’t want your loved one to die…DO NOT put them here! My loved one was there 2.5 months and she almost died in their care or lack there of. They will hire anyone to work there. I’d give zero stars if I could!

Chelsey Park has been amazing caring for my mom . Always an open line of communication with the staff, attentive and compassionate care especially Sheree🥰. The activities are fun, engaging and entertaining! I Highly recommend for skilled nursing care.

Shout out to all of the fantastic care providers, kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, front desk and maintenance staff! They do a great job supporting our loved ones. The management team is often disorganized which is why I give only 4/5 stars. Where it really matters…quality of care…5/5!
