Poor service for patients. No ability to contact help or nursing support. No call button available for patients

I received excellent care during my outpatient therapy at Chelsea Gardens. Sony was my therapist with whom I was extremely happy! His professionalism, technical expertise and patience are outstanding attributes. He also has a cheerful attitude. Thanks Sony!
