I can’t say enough about what a wonderful facility the Chelsea is. The building is beautiful, bright, welcoming, and friendly and it quickly feels like an extended family taking care of your loved one. My Mother has been in Assisted Living, and now Memory Care with Hospice. After a rapid decline the staff jumped into action over a weekend taking care of her every need, including moving her to a new room when I wasn’t available to move her furniture. The entire staff is caring and attentive, and very communicative. I am so grateful that the Chelsea was recommended to be by a friend, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the absolute best care for a loved one. Not only has my Mother had the best care and support, but everyone at the Chelsea has been a huge support to me and my family as well. They go above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful that Mom has a home at the Chelsea.

My mother has been a resident of Chelsea New City, formerly Atria since it opened in 2020. Our family was looking forward to a change with the hopes that new Chelsea leadership would be a “breath of fresh air”.<br>Food and activities need improvement, which I have been told is “a work in progress”. I have not had much interaction with the new Director, but the nursing staff, med tech team & caregiving staff have been very empathetic & wonderful, specifically Nursing Supervisor - Kendra S. RN, Jackie S. LPN, Manushka, George, Marie and Jasmine. They are standout employees.<br>Executives, Stephanie B and Laura H are always super helpful. We get a warm welcome at the front desk when Omisha & Dasani are there. Richard in maintenance is friendly & helpful. The wait staff are very kind & the cleaning staff to the grounds keepers keep the community looking beautiful. Lenka, concierge at the front desk has been at the community since day one and she is an irreplaceable EXCEPTIONAL employee as she is very professional, supportive and helpful to all residents’ needs.
