Shenay Patsch was incredible. Got along so well with my father who wasn’t so easy to get along with. Always available. We are absolutely going to miss her. Anyone going through the parent thing for the first time, needs someone like her.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience!! Chris, Kelly, Kim, Britney& Brooks were amazing👏🏾 They were patient, answered all of our questions and thoroughly addressed all concerns. Over the course of several weeks the therapy sessions felt like you were visiting with family. I kept all of their numbers in case I need to reach out to them in the future🤭. And to you Chris, my husband says he still owes you those push-ups😂..🙏🏾🥰

I would not recommend this home health care office. They were disorganized (misplaced orders, scheduling). I had PT orders for 2-3 times per week and outside the initial in-home assessment, I only received actual therapy Jan. 4, 5, and10. My next appointment was for a week later on Jan. 17, however the therapist was a no show and did not notify me until the next day wanting to know if he could come that day (18th). I advised him that would not be necessary and I was requesting to be released and I would pursue another PT provider. It was during this time the therapist informed me "It's a battle we fight also with scheduling.".

On Jan. 11 I received and OT assessment. I asked the therapist if my doctor had requested the assessment and was told YES. I thought that to be add as I was pretty certain the doctor did not even know who I was using for in-home therapy. I In fact learned on Feb. 20 during my 2nd follow-up with my doctor that they did NOT request an OT assessment.

As far as the therapists goes, they were each polite, friendly, and respectful.

Wasn’t pleased with any of their services. The therapist both OT and pt where always on their computer not watching what the patient was doing. Therapy was not good at all they where always in a rush. I would not recommend them to anyone.
