I haven't had a good experience with this health care provider. The nurse will miss appointments and when you call to complain or ask questions the office manager , let's just say she brushed me off. I'm dissatisfied!

It started out great. Then the nurses started not doing what needed to be done. I had to call on a weekend and waited over 4 hours for a call back. No one ever called back. I get every place has issues but this ended with my son back in the hospital. Then he wanted to try someone else and had no lick finding anyone to take his insurance. Now they refuse to take back a patient that needs home health. The only reason he wanted to try someone else is because of how he was treated. Yes he did tell them what he thought about it. Maybe he just got the nurses that just didn’t want to do anything I’m not sure. Then when I talk to the person in charge they could care less on why a patient would make that decision. To me this is crazy. I would think the person in charge would want to know why a patient made that decision but I guess not. The I don’t care attitude is also crazy to me. Y’all need to do better by your patients. Then to tell me you’re not arguing about it when I’m trying to explain why and you just can’t be bothered to listen that was all for me.
