Center well took great care of me during my time with an ostomy bag. The nurses were very caring and knowledgable. When I had an issue and called they got back to me quickly. Their home care was amazing addressing all my issues. This was a difficult time for me but their support and care got me through it. Thank you Centerwell for all that you did for me and my family.

Centerwell has made me at ease with my health issue after being sick in the hospital. . It has made me feel better getting check ups from the nurses and discussing some things i need to do or watch for. Physical therapy also has strengthen my body some and gave me exercises to get stronger. Thank you!

All the staff are awesome. The staff are friendly well trained personnel. The help anyway the can I had two complete shoulder replacements this year. The right one in January 26th and the left June the 3rd.. Tamara did physical therapy and Jill occupational therapy I enjoyed the visits so much, not only did they help me physically with therapy, but they also helped me mentally. l highly recommend Centerwell Home Health Clemson .

Kindred has been amazing! Our physical therapist Bobbi was absolutely the best fit for my 88 year old mother. She was so kind patient and knew exactly what she needed. The nurses Tanya and Miranda were also exceptional with their care, compassion and availability. Everyone was so helpful and we are so grateful to the entire staff for providing excellent care to my mom.
