This place is a nightmare! The memory care unit only has one aide per side plus a med tech they are NOT providing adequate care for their patients. While visiting I've noticed on many occasions where drinks are not provided even though it's written on a board to provide drinks ever few hours. Today a lady was walking around completely soaked and stayed that way until we left. I wouldn't bring my loved one here.

Thank you Clemson Heritage for the support and kindness you showed our father. So often you went above and beyond caring for him, in ways we were not prepared to handle in our home. The caregivers showed much love and respect, even during periods of great challenge.<br><br>You worked with our family, listened to our requests and tried to accommodate wherever possible. For this we thank you.<br><br>Transitioning to a Memory Care facility is a challenge for the Resident and the Family, however adding Covid into the equation was not easy. The Clemson Heritage Executive Director, Amy Howard, met these challenges with the highest level of professionalism. Trying to balance regulatory requirements, resident safety and the personal and emotional impact to residents and family. Even with Staffing shortages,<br>Amy led with the best foot forward. For us, this was greatly appreciated and respected.

The entire team at Heritage Clemson is wonderful. They answer questions and address concerns almost as soon as they get the email or question. They always smile, they are pleasant and work with the memory care residents with a pleasant and calm attitude and my situation with a father that is on the ward, absolutely anything I have asked or has been a concern has been awesome. I know the team leaders by name. The individual techs, unfortunately, I am going to have to apologize for not knowing them by name, but I can tell you with full confidence that those on the memory care ward all go well past above and beyond. The team members I know are Alicia, Tosha, Teniesha, and the executive director Amy, all keep me at ease. They know that they are his family, and they act as so. All that have dealt with my father, again, I simply do not know their names but Amy could let those in the upper management for me. I want all to be acknowledged. Every single member of the team involved with my father should receive a thank you bc they are what makes this facility an excellent option. I will gladly personally speak with anyone think about moving their family members to let them know how confident I am in regards to the staff and the relationship they have with the residents. Again, I have no idea as to how to insure that those that need to be recognized by the corporation, but please call Amy Howard and she can let upper management the issues my father has had, and how they have addressed them all. Thanks for being my father’s family!
