Although I never had the chance to spend much time at The Center at Lincoln, I came to know how special it is through my mother’s stories. She always spoke so warmly about everyone there, especially the Activities Director. She would often say, “I didn’t miss you because I had my Activities Director there.” Those words have stayed with me because they say so much about the love, kindness, and comfort she found there. I would like to personally thank the Activities Director for making my mother feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home. Your compassion, patience, and genuine care meant more to our family than words can express. They say home is a place, but I believe home is the people who make you feel loved. When you’re surrounded by hearts as kind as yours, you don’t spend your days missing home, you feel like you’ve already found it. Thank you for giving my mother that feeling. We will always be grateful.

This was, sort of an answer to prayer 🙏 for me ... A week be4, I'd complained that everything, was just all too much, and I naeded a vacation ... So the very next week, my adorable 97 lb dog 🐕‍🦺, Mochi pulled me down, some cement steps, when she saw another dog 🐕... My beautiful daughter Lisa, and Jon my son in love, took me to the hospital, to find my knee cap, was fractured causing me excruciating pain 😖 ... They transferred me to The Center @ Lincoln, and the wonderful people who work there took amazing care of me ... My Nurses 👩‍⚕️, CNAs 🩺 , housekeeping 🧼, activties coordinatator 🧩 guest services 🧑, the kitchen staff 👨‍🍳 and administration 📝 were all terrific ... Although, there waere a couplee of hiccups, which, to my knowledge ... were handled professionally and resolved ... The therapists worked with us gently, yet effectively ... The activities director planed fun activities, that brought people together ... I met wonderful people, who became valued friends ... Medications 💊were distributed by the nurses, while the CMAs would bring us water 💦 and delicious food 🍽️ ... Meeting other needs, as well, in-between ... Breakfast in bed, 🛏️ and lunch and dinner too! We were spoiled ... Housekeeping would refresh the room, and I would do nothing 😄 I am very appreciative of this opportunity I had, to recharge and heal ... To be able to return home, and do what I can ... Thank you all! Karebear22

Positive care for my wife, who was having a rough recovery after back surgery. The facility is clean, organized, and seems to meet high standards for lengthy post-operative recovery such as her. The staff has been kind and caring. The only areas that might improve are the response time when patients need assistance and the food options. At times, the CNAs and nurses take a while to respond when help is needed sooner. The meals could be tastier and more nutritious. PT and OT staff have been very helpful. We're optimistic that her rehab will be effective, and that she can be discharged much more functional.

Although there are a few on staff that are above average in their efforts, we find this facility frequently understaffed. Nice new facility, clean, but patients' needs are left unattended frequently, due to a lack of care givers. Food has been okay, therapy workers good, but often after calling for assistance, my husband has waited a very long time. We see the biggest drawback as it being understaffed for the patient load.

My sister has been at The Center at Lincoln for about a week now, and overall we have been happy with her stay. The facility is very clean, organized, and seems to meet high standards for post-operative recovery, especially for orthopedic surgery patients. The staff has been kind, and the environment feels safe and professional. The only areas that could improve are the response time when patients need assistance and the food options. At times, the CNAs and nurses take a little while to respond when help is needed quickly. We also feel the meals could be more nutritious and better suited to support patients during recovery. Overall, we are thankful for the care my sister has received and appreciate the cleanliness, organization, and support provided during her recovery.
