My family member is receiving rehabilitation care. He has received physical therapy with a goal of strengthening core and also working on his breathing. He is 68 years old and has congenital heart failure. The quality of care is satisfactory. His only major concern is the room temperature is very cold. However, he has a tendency to keep his room door closed and it doesn't allow the air to circulate properly. The staff is friendly. There are no bad smells in the facility when I visit.
