Visited this location for a delivery and the receptionist was discourteous and unprofessional. The interaction was unnecessarily rude and reflected poorly on the front desk experience. Management should address how visitors and drivers are treated.

I was a resident at Cedarwood Plaza Nursing Home . They truly stands out for the care and compassion they provide. The staff are attentive, respectful, and go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It gives peace of mind knowing that loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Cedarwood Plaza to anyone looking for quality nursing care.

Cedarwood nursing home is one of the worst nursing homes in Northeast Ohio, Bedbugs, roaches, resident neglect. I would never put a loved one in this facility.
