This is my second visit to Cedarbrook to see a friend with dementia. I am impressed with everything about it. The staff is very friendly, and attentive to the residents. My friend is content & happy and says she feels "safe". The facility is clean, well decorated, and even smells wonderful. I have been to many senior residences. This certainly appears to be one of the best.

We recently moved my Mother-In-Law to Cedarbrook in Rochester. It was a lengthy process over 2-yrs as we visited many facilities and waited for the right time for her. Jacob Shorkey was terrific throughout the whole time! We never felt pressured to rush into the decision. He welcomed us back each time we visited. When the timing was right, Jacob and Theresa Morris made the move happen smoothly. Theresa made sure every detail was handled. The employees have all worked to make sure the adjustment went well! After just a few weeks, she is doing great and is enjoying meeting new people and getting involved in the activities available!

My mother and our family are so thankful for her move to Cedarbrook of Rochester one year ago. She moved from a well know senior building in downtown Birmingham that just does not compare. I cannot say enough about the staff and their genuine caring for my Mom and her well being. I have developed a wonderful relationship with Jacob Shorkey. He has personally addressed some of my Mom's immediate needs. One of my neighbors recently met with Jacob and I am hopeful that he moves to Cedarbrook. Erin and McKenna are wonderful and professional on the front desk. Julie the activities director is full of energy and positivity. Cedarbrook staff in general are personal and warm. The furnishings, artwork, food, and activities have much to offer anyone who lives there. I am proud that my Mother is part of the Cedarbrook of Rochester community.

As hard as it was making a decision to place our loved one in a senior living center, Cedarbrook of Rochester made that choice so much easier. This facility and staff are so welcoming and friendly. This new chapter that our family thought was going to be so difficult was actually a blessing once we contacted Cedarbrook. They truly are an organized team, better yet family. They made this transition so smooth. Sometimes when I visit it's even hard to leave because it's such a peaceful place. Thank You all at Cedarbrook for showing how senior living is really done with style and grace.❤

My mom arrived at Cedarbrook of Rochester from North Carolina this week. The reception has been so welcoming and fabulous. The flowers waiting for her as she opened the door were beautiful and a special touch. The view, living room, bathroom and kitchen in the apartment are top notch. We love her new living space and so does she! Michelle and Jacob’s kindness and attention to detail has made her transition so seamless. Julie, Julie, Rose Marie, Alice and David have been so helpful, kind and welcoming. The food is delicious! The facility at Cedarbrook is beautiful. Everyone is upbeat, friendly, and positive. Her decision to move to Cedarbrook has been the right one for her.
