I think what I like most about this building are the people they're warm, engaging, welcoming. There's a very strong sense of friendship and camaraderie here and it makes me feel really good to know that the tenants are happy here!

A nice development for people 55 years old and up looking for a satisfying place to call home. It’s conveniently located near shopping, doctor’s offices and restaurants just minutes from Robinson Town Center, Settlers Ridge and downtown Pittsburgh.<br><br>The apartment units are relatively new (just under 6 years) and have everything you need to live comfortably. Included are updated appliances including stackable washer and dryers. Every unit has a private balcony or patio. There’s a small fitness center, community room, library and game room to enjoy. They have weekly activities for the residents to make friends playing bingo and watching movies. The staff is friendly and helpful when addressing any problems or special needs.<br><br>There’s plenty of parking available (garages are extra) and outdoor patio with ample seating with a community barbecue grill. The grounds are kept up and it’s very clean and safe.<br><br>Although it’s a bit pricey you have to remember you get what you pay for and all utilities plus cable are included for your convenience.<br><br>This is my first year at Cedar Ridge and I’m settling in to be here for the foreseeable future.

As much as I hate to leave a bad review I just have to voice this concern a senior apartment should have a back up generator there’s just no excuse for the cost of rent here this is completely unacceptable
