We have moved my mother to a different place, she had to days left on her rent and they started redoing her room. Broke her lamp and put it in the trash. The bed was not changed in months or did anyone clean under the bed. I have video my mother wearing the same shirt covered in egg for a week and a video of her room with trash all over the floor, this place is pig pen.

The staff was somewhat helpful, but rude when my dad had cancer and was there. The place smells rancid, and a lot of the patients there weren’t really watched, there was a lady that ran into me with her wheel chair multiple times and nobody came to help her, another lady had one shoe on and was wondering around with her hoodie all screwed up. They also billed us after my dad had passed bc we didn’t go pick up a few things as if they couldn’t take it out of his room and put it somewhere else.

Staff was outside in the smoking area more than they were inside caring for residents. Residents are left to fend for themselves and able to leave the facility without being missed by staff. Had to hire someone to stay with our loved one at the facility on top of paying the facility, to provide the care he needed due to lack of caring trained staff. Management turned a blind eye to our numerous complaints. Facility is not clean and doesn't provide even the basic care for it's residents. Do not use this facility

My 92 year old sister-in-law stayed at Cedar Grove for 2 weeks after breaking her leg. The admission process was stress-free and she was very satisfied with the food and care. The staff was very caring and efficient.

Cedar Grove has a shortage of caring staff. The residential hallways smell of urine, cleaning is minimal and meals consist mainly of sandwiches or soups. Was NOT notified my father had a Dr appointment nor the fact that he had been admitted to the hospital on a Monday. Only discovered the situation when I went to see him the following day! The director was rude and displayed an attitude of the magnitude of what had happened. I would not put my dying dog in the care of this facility
