I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My uncle was staying here continuing his recovery from brain surgery. When visiting him shortly after his arrival there, one of the nurses mentioned he had gotten up and gone to the bathroom by himself. When we told her that if they’re going to let him do that, he needs a walker to steady himself, her response to that was they’ll see if they can find one. They never got him one. We get a call at 2am that night stating he had fallen and hit his head and they were sending him to the ER. He lost all his surgery recovery progress and basically became a vegetable from there on out and was like that until he died around two weeks later. The staff take no responsibility and make excuses such as ‘walkers are dangerous’. Why was it dangerous for my uncle to have one, yet you’re allowing other residents to use them and even using them in physical therapy? The director of the nursing home even stated that ‘it’s ok if they (the patients) fall’. Really? It’s ok if they fall and critically injure themselves and die as a result? As my uncle is lying there in bed, dying, breathing through his open mouth, during a 3 hour visitation, not once did anyone come to check on him or moisten his mouth, try to give him water, or make sure he was comfortable. Nursing homes are not cheap and THIS is the type of care you’re paying for? As someone else previously reviewed this place: it’s not fit for a dog.

Very nice service and employees. They took very good care of my grandfather while he was still around. They were very open to my grandmother coming to see him even with the Covid situation. They allowed window visits so they weren't truly seperated. I reccomend!

We love CCNH! God knew that we needed a warm and friendly place because we thought we needed to keep my dad at home. However, he got so much more than we could have given him at home and the workers there have been awesome!!!!
