I like the nurses they were good i like edward, he was good, always ready to please always dare when you need him. I didn't care for the night shift. They were very unprofessional. I lay there with pess and diarrhea in my diaper. For hours until someone came to change me . They had told me to get-up-and-go to the bathroom on my own. When nina gave me a shower she was very ruff she put the water in my face with the hose I would never recommend this place for somebody to go to

If I could leave, no stars, I would! After calling several times regarding a family members belongings that were left there after he was transported to another hospital my first issue is why weren’t his belongings transported with him to the other hospital as he showed up to the other hospital with no clothes no shoes nol anything but hospital gown My second issue is after several phone calls, asking Mr. Edwards to locate my brother-in-law‘s belongings and several promised callbacks did not receive one I decided to make a visit in person I live in Pennsylvania. The nursing home is in Brooklyn. It’s about a 3 Hour drive. to get there. They indeed had my brother-in-law‘s belongings thrown into plastic bags, one bag full of bed bugs when we opened it we found that all his belongings were soaked in urine and had been sitting in that bag for over two weeks. Mr. Edwards was surprised when I told him I would not take that bag into my possession. I wish you could’ve seen my surprise when I saw a bag filled with bedbugs and piss soaked clothing that was gonna be given back to me after two weeks of trying to find the clothing. Needless to say I have nothing nice to say about this place. My interaction with them was not good my overall opinion of the aesthetics of the place is piss poor Excuse the pun, but I would not put an animal into Caton Park nursing home and rehab rehabilitation.

Not professional when you call and ask for information. Still waiting for a return call from the case manager, almost 2 weeks. Gets involved in family drama and not keeping it professional. Always in the black neighborhood. At four seasons nursing home they are more professional and I would of preferred my mom stayed there .

I have visited a Family Member at Caton Park for the first time on his second day of Stay. I found it to be very Organized and Clean, the Staff was very acknowledging and accessible and my cousin was saying he was very happy with his first day of Therapy and looking forward to his second. I think an establishment that makes the Patient look forward to their next Therapy is accomplishing their biggest purpose which is Patient Care. Will update as I continue my visits.

My mom was recently admitted to Caton Park for rehab and I can’t believe she actually feels at home. She had a serious panick attack the night they brought her in. When the dust settled & the rest of the family began visiting her, she seemed genuinely very happy & the staff is exceptional. She’s looking forward to her PT exercises because the Dr. explained their goals for her treatment and she can’t wait to start. My mom thanked me for choosing this facility for her to get back her strength and I am thanking the Staff and Doctors involved in her care also.
