What an amazing place of care and support.<br>My Mom needed higher level of care. Only wished we had moved her here earlier. Staff really cares, and communication is wonderful.<br>Would give them ever more stars if I could!<br>Owners Gina and Ally are very active and present in every day operations.<br>Kind, caring, supportive, engaged. Just a few words I’d use to describe them .

My mother (88 yo) stayed at their assisted living facility in Lone Tree/Parker (Wellspring) from the Fall of 2023 until May 2024. Everything about her care was fabulous. The caregivers are great with very personal and considerate care. There was very little turnover so my mother and family got to know all the caregivers well. Every day the caregivers got my Mom up, dressed, and into the common area. The caregiver ratio is 2:~8 residents which enabled interaction all day long. All the meals were homemade, lots of variety, and always nicely presented. The caregivers and owner were always very welcoming to our family. We visited nearly every day and it was just like we were coming into our own house. We could stop by anytime and stay as long as we wanted visiting my mom. They also arrange for activities each week including music play-alongs, chair exercise, and crafts. My mother’s condition continued to decline and Wellspring was great in arranging hospice and adjusting my mother’s care appropriately. My mother ultimately passed away in residence at Wellspring. We all felt fortunate that we found Wellspring for my mother during her last ~9 months. I have never been to the Castle Rock facility, but they are under the same owner and many of the caregivers rotate between the Wellspring house in Parker and this facility in Castle Rock. I expect the Castle Rock location would be just as superb as our experience in Parker.

Our family is grateful to have found CRAL. The staff were wonderful with our mom, providing regular updates as well as pictures and videos. They were observant of changes in her health and notified us immediately, providing support and guidance along the way to ensure her needs were met. The CRAL team became like family and we were thankful to have them as part of our mom’s journey. Thank you for everything.<br>- The Nicholas Family.

Updating! My Mom has now been there over 2 years and I am still extremely pleased with the home. The care has been excellent and the communication also. It is hard to make that decision to put our loved ones in assisted living when they are not safe and able to live alone. I consider myself so lucky I was told about CRAL and grateful for my Moms continued care. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs to make that move to assisted living.<br><br>My Mom has been there for almost a year after falling in independent living and breaking her hip. The entire staff has been excellent! Great communication especially during these difficult covid times. Care is excellent!
