Will so far all my visits have been ok. Haven’t had any problems with any of the staff. What I also like about Castled Hill they keep the door lock so they know who enters and who leave the place make it feel safe for my love one. Knowing the fact that not just anyone can be inside the building without them knowing who the person is and who they are visiting. Thank you have a great day.

This place was filthy! The smell as you walk in was horrendous. My family member was admitted for therapy but their bed was obviously slept in - the pillow was visibly yellowed where the previous person had their head on it for who knows how long, the sheets had not been changed and hair was found throughout the bed. There was questionable dried substances on the floor next to the bed, used ointment left on the dirty nightstand, trash in the bin. This room had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Additionally, when my family member went to use the restroom , there was feces on the call light and on the toilet. If there was a rating for zero stars I would have used it.

Every road to recovery and healing has ups and downs, highs and lows, good and bad days. Overall a good experience, I as just the care giver to the patient learned a lot. Staff and management remained professional and respectful even through the tough times. The patient reach our target goal for the discharge. The patient said he would miss everyone from the facility. I even left feeling a percentage of friendship from the all the different department staff members. The efforts were noticed and appreciated. Castle Hills will remain in our prayers! Though, it is so nice to be home with our loved one again, from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much to everyone involved with his care and recovery!
