Mom has been a resident at this facility for almost 18 months now and we have nothing but good things to say about the stay and the staff. Everyone is very gentle and caring with the residents. When mom stumbled and fell a few months back, one of the staff refused to leave her side, speaking in low calming tones to her, until the ambulance came to take her to the ER. Upon returning, everyone was eager to know how she was doing and if any special care was needed. The residents seem to make friends among themselves too. Mom has a small group that she "takes care of" and is always worried about them, and they about her. It is a true community family atmosphere. All the staff, from the executive director down to the maintenance staff are always friendly and eager to listen to ideas and suggestions for making the stay of the residents a pleasant one. It is after all their home. I have personally had conversations with Julio Veliz the executive director, Eduardo de Hoyos the sales director and several of the Medical Tech staff and they are all approachable and helpful. There are activities for the residents to participate in if they wish and a true effort is being taken to ensure the residents live happily, stay safe and be as healthy as possible. Family is encouraged to come and participate at all times and especially during the special activites such as Rodeo Day when there was a bbq, petting zoo, music and photo wall, all brought in for the residents to enjoy. If you are looking for a special place for your loved one, this is definitely worth the appointment for a visit.

My senior friend has lived in all three amazing buildings - and now resides in the Mem Care unit. Through each stage of the progress of dementia, Eduardo has patiently explained and helped me understand and prepare for what would or could happen next. While my heart was breaking because of this disease, Eduardo helped me 'deal' with it. His professionalism, with compassion, and authentic care, has been an invaluable service 'included' in the whole assisted living chapter of life.

My best friend moved in last summer - and he feels like he is living in a Resort. He loves the 3 square meals a day and the individual attention. He moved to the Memory Care unit recently - and Leighann, the on site manager, has been a God send. Any questions I might have - she addresses in a timely manner - with professionalism and just as important...with heart and caring. My dear friend is in the perfect place for the needs he has (grateful tear in my eye as I write...).

My father has been a resident at Wholehearted Senior Living Castle Hills since 2022 and has built up such a wonderful relationship with the staff over the years. They are all so kind and attentive and concerned about his well being. I really thank and appreciate all of them! From the food service staff, to the med techs, to the care givers, to administrators. A special shout out to Monica, the house manager. She went above and beyond by bringing my father home from Sage Park SNF where he was set to begin recovery after falling. Sage park CNA and Nurse were really not interested in trying to make my father comfortable. They acted extremely unprofessional and the nurse Deja, was rude. The second day my father called me and told me he wanted to leave! I called Monica and by that afternoon my father was back home. I also want to give a special thank you to: Julio, Liz, Teresa, Dolores, Janet and Lucy! If you are thinking about an assisted living facility for your loved one I highly recommend Wholehearted!

Stopped by an Open House the other day to look for a place for my mother, and was delighted with a vibrant, clean community that welcomed me with open arms. Eduardo De Hoyos was the one who showed me around, and put any concerns I had at ease, with a calm, cool and confident demeanor. Unfortunately it was a little too far for my family but in a different world this would be my mom's home! Thanks Eduardo!
