Sabine Heights formerly Cascades is a very nice facility. Once the new DON, Business office manager and some new staff came aboard the facility stepped it up a notch in the quality of patient care. The staff showed patience and kindness to my grandmother who had to be there for an extended period of time before she passed. If there is ever a concern, admin is quick to speak with you about it and rectify the issue. I looked around the area and could not find a better facility. I would recommend Sabine Heights for your loved ones medical needs.

I do not recommend this place. First they took poor care of my dad while i had a camera in his room. I have caught them hollering and cussing at my dad while he was on the floor. Now that my father has passed i can’t get the remaining money out of his account. It has been well over 30 days that the law requires.

The nurses leave there patient in there own poop for hours . Leaves there patients over 400 with there blood sugar. I WOULD NOT send anyone there EVER .

This is a very nice place to visit and place your family member, the staff is very helpful and the business end is a great experience.The office manager really is helpful in getting what she can do for you, the nurses are great at doing their jobs .
