I wouldn't send my pet here much less a relative. The facility is dirty, the staff is rude, & you have to wait out side long periods before someone opens the door. My Aunt was a patient here and I recommend if you have someone here, remove them immediately. Urine is left on the floor for hours, nurses don't come when you call for help, and meals are skipped.

Compassionate, Professional, Friendly, Dedicated, Clean, Trustworthy! I feel like I'm part of a team and my dad feels safe with his new family ❤️ Transitioning a parent to a nursing home is emotional and uncharted. Sophia, Admissions, understands this and works hard to guide you through it. My dad's care team- Social Worker, PT, SP, Dietician, Nurse Practitioner, ALL OF THE NURSING STAFF💕 Kitchen Crew, Mrs. Hanna Activities Director, Mrs. Carrie, and everyone who's name I'm learning is Compassionate and Dedicated to caring for my dad and ALL of the patients who come in. I pop in at all times of the day and this busy facility is calm and welcoming. Elderly Rehab and Long Term patients are free to move about, go to scheduled activities like Coffee Social, Afternoon Movies, and Pet Therapy. I'm a stable presence in my dad's life and I have a strong team at Carrollwood Care Center to be the same❤️

Tiffany in the admissions department was great to work with! She was friendly, patient and always willing to answer my questions. She made the whole admission process smooth and stress-free with me and my mother and you can tell she genuinely cares. I appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her!
