i like living here however they raised the rent increasing a 120.00 making the rent now 2415 and if this is going to continue ill have to move compared to other apartment this is very high for senior living you cant compare regular apartments to seniors we live here for a reason not to move in a year moving is hard but if you cant afford the place that is what happens currently they would rather have a apartment sit empty then have good paying people and keep rent affordable currently there is 5 empty apartments and they will have more as more people have also shared the concern about increased rent

Carlton Hollow Senior Apartments has been truly great for my grandmother since she moved here. The apartments are very spacious, the buildings are always clean, and there’s a lot to do in every building. There’s a salon, a library, pool, a gym, pickleball room and more. She’s had a great experience here so far
