Prestwick Chase at Saratoga

Prestwick Chase at Saratoga is an independent living community for active adults 55 and older located in Saratoga Springs, New York, just minutes from downtown and the Saratoga Race Course. The community offers maintenance-free luxury housing including cottages, apartments, and guest suites across 120 scenic acres.

Residents choose from five different floor plans for luxury suite apartments, ranging from studio to two-bedroom, two-bath units, as well as countryside senior cottages. The community features an Excelsior Commons Community Center with various amenities including dining rooms, lounges with fireplaces, courtyards, ponds, and private dining spaces for gatherings.

Dining is a central component of community life, with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus prepared by the community. Residents have flexibility in meal plans, choosing from as few as 10 dinners per month to daily dining options.
