Four plus! The staff is so committed to the mission of The Wesley Community. My dear friend lives in Woodlawn Commons and the community there has been so supportive of her. The staff, the residents, everyone across the board. Paty, who manages Woodlawn Commons, is a gem. She has her hands on the pulse of the place and cares for the residents in such a gentle, firm, and kind way. My friend fell and had surgery followed by some time at the Wesley Rehabilitation Center. The daytime staff there are top notch and so caring with their patients. They took such good care of her and pushed her to work hard to get better. She is now working with the out patient PT group and they've been amazing to get her to do her exercises like it's her job and I think she is stronger now than she was before she fell.

This Diamond in the Rough is off radar to the hospitals. I would have begged to get my father into this place if I was aware of it years ago. There’s a cute courtyards with gardens for the residents to plant in. With Spring coming, this is nice! It’s clean and doesn’t have that stale nursing home air. “Rehab” rooms have fancy lift chairs. There’s light & plants with all the windows instead of dark and depressing. The staff are kind & attentive. It’s a nice place. Not a “Hotel California.”

The level of care my sister received was despicable. The staff are overworked and inexperienced in some cases and there is not nearly enough staff to adequately care for the patients. I would not send my pet dog there!

Sub par care with inadequate staffing! As a medical professional whose mother was a resident on one of the Springs units, I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of attention, compassion and inability to meet my mothers basic needs. The care manager, Brittni was detached, unavailable and did not follow through with meeting basic requests. Several times upon visiting, my mother was found hanging off the side of the bed, scared and screaming for help to get repositioned to no avail. I would have to seek out an employee to ask for assistance with a lengthy wait until someone came in. My mother was often found with urine soaked clothing on when I arrived for a visit. How upsetting to see your dear mother being so neglected! In my opinion, this was a form of neglect and abuse and paying $4000 a month for this lack of care and attention to her personal needs was not only deplorable but bordering on criminal.

Negligence is terrible. And when you call the CEO, it’s funny he likes to cash his check but won’t return calls. He likes the nice title, neglects the patients and staff, but cashes the check we pay!!! A family member shouldnt go there unless they want broken bones and unhealthy family members.
