l am writing this review to share a deeply disturbing experience I had while recently visiting my grandmother at this facility. During my visit, I personally witnessed three staff members specifically identified as Lauren, Hailey, and River engaging in a conversation that was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and profoundly offensive.These individuals were openly using disgusting, hateful, and overtly racist language targeted toward the Black community. While I am not Black myself, I am the proud parent, family member, and friend of Black individuals. Hearing healthcare individuals who are trusted to care for vulnerable populations speak with such blatant malice and prejudice was horrifying.Racism and discrimination have absolutely no place in healthcare. If staff members feel comfortable openly expressing such vitriol in front of visitors, it raises severe concerns about the culture of this facility and the quality of care provided to minority residents behind closed doors. This behavior is a massive liability and a complete failure of basic human decency.I am actively reporting this incident to the facility's corporate management, Human Resources, and the State Department of Health. I 1000% do not recommend this facility to anyone who values dignity, respect, and safety for their loved ones. Families of color, in particular, should be extremely cautious before trusting this establishment.

In looking for a new place for my in-laws, Caretta answered every question and they were so welcoming. The apartment are fantastic and the facility is wonderful.

Caretta has been very welcoming to us. Staff was always pleasant & seemed to care about the residents. Most staff always ask if there’s anything else they can do for us.

I have been at the memory care center three times in the past year & a half to visit with two classmates from early 1960's Trempealeau. The staff have always been welcoming and courteous to me. It is obvious that they care deeply for the residents.
