I was very pleased with the excellent care I received from Shannon she spent time explaining what I was and would be going through going forward with my rehab Her positive attitude and her sense of humor made things work for me and I can truly say that Shannon is the Best Therapist out there! My experience with Dan and Shannon after my hip surgery was wonderful. Both of them were patient, kind, and guided me through my physical therapy with kindness and answered all my many questions knowledgeably.

I can’t say enough about Caretenders and specifically Shannon my physical therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable, listened to all my questions and took the time to ensure everything I was doing I was doing right so I would recover as quickly as possible. I trust her wholeheartedly with my recovery and I highly recommend her for your recovery!

Dominique came into my apartment with an attitude of superiority. She studied my script bottles and talked down to me. She was rude to my daughter. No smiles, nothing friendly at all. I decided that since this was my 2nd surgery of this type, i didn't need her. Cancelled. The guy I had previously from Caretenders, Mark, was wonderful, kind, helpful, and funny. He's not there anymore.
